Having fun? Have you been making an effort to add some fun into each day? There is research that shows laughter has all kinds of positive effects on us emotionally and physically! If you don’t feel that your schedule allows you to do something fun each day, then change it up a bit and do something that makes you laugh each day.
Watch a short video, tell a joke, read something funny….whatever you want!! Just remember to keep track each day of what you have done so you will have it at the end to see what has happened during this month!
