So how is activity 1 going? Are you taking the time to actually say “Today will be the best day this week” each morning? What are you noticing about how you are feeling as your start your day? What are you noticing about your days as they are happening.
Make sure you take the time to write down your observations in the evening. This shouldn’t take more than 3-5 minutes. Remember, if we aren’t taking notes, this experiment will be impossible to determine if it is successful or not.
Even if it seems silly, give it an honest effort and keep it going! Today will be the best day this week!
