Spring is finally here and it is time for new growth and change! This week, I want us to engage in a very simple exercise.
Each morning when you wake up, before you even get out of bed, I want you to repeat to yourself, “Today will be the best day this week!” Say it with some emphasis and believe that this is possible. Repeat it 3-5 times before you get out of bed. Then stretch, get up and start your day.
Pretty simple, isn’t it. But often times, we get big results out of taking small, intentional steps. Try it each day and see if you notice any changes at the end of the week. It doesn’t matter what day of the week you start it, just do this and each of the following activities for 7 seven days in a row. And keep track of what you notice, even if you don’t notice anything!
